Blogging Problems

I've tried multiple times the past month to post pictures, but for some reason, my computer won't upload to blogger.com. Not sure if it's a problem with the blog, or my computer, but either way...I'm giving up.

I did manage to get some pictures of Cambrie uploaded today, which is good because we can document the fact that we celebrated her 12th birthday. However, we have some really great pictures of some fun things we've done the past couple months that I'd really like to blog about. For now, a bullet list will have to do...
-Beach in Florida
-Thanksgiving
-Max's Karate
-Christmas
-A wonderful visit from my parents

*About this particular post: Cambrie turned 12 today, and will be going to Young Womens tonight. She can't WAIT! She has waited a long time for this, and the day is finally here.

On Saturday, we had a birthday party with four of her friends from church, and three from school. We had soup in bread bowls for dinner, made hair accessories, lost ourselves in a chocolate fountain, played games, and watched a movie. George took the boys for a night out, so it was just the girls. We had a great time.

I got the idea to put their drinks in Mason Jars from my friend's blog. Turned out super cute. Their gift bags consisted of Bath and Body Works lotion, and some candy.

All the girls and Brie in her party hat with none other than a HUGE Hershey's bar...life is complete for her if she has a chocolate bar in hand :)

Cambrie is playing the Viola this year in middle school. They had their first concert a couple weeks ago and I must say, we were very impressed. It's amazing how much they learn in such a short period of time.

Cambrie has grown so much this past year in every way possible. This was a year of many changes for her, and she handled it well. She went from little girl, to young woman, in just a few short months...she really doesn't look twelve. She's kind, smart, talented, funny, still LOVES to read, and has become one heck of a babysitter :) George and I value our time with her after the boys have gone to bed, and we have some quiet time. We have had many memorable conversations, and are always amazed at her goodness and strength.

We couldn't ask for a better daughter, she'll do amazing things some day.

Hey Charakie I had this problem about a year ago and ended up switching to a different blogging site. I've loved the site and it's been a good place to blog. Just FYI
